Coleman helps mother with adoption snared in red tape

Until last week, Stacy Buss never had been to a political rally. She candidly admits she knows almost nothing about politics.
Yet the 26-year-old John Marshall High School graduate made an exception last week. When U.S. Sen. Norm Coleman announced his re-election bid in Rochester on Wednesday, Stacy was standing off to the side with her mom, Laura Buss, and holding her newly adopted daughter, Anna.
After the rally, Stacy explained that her presence at the rally was purely personal.
