Norm,Thanks for all you do. The webvideos are great! You mentioned nutrition. I wonder what you entail in that? If you ever have influence in the Farm Bill's role in the school lunch program, please consult nutritionists like Dar Kvist at Nutritional Weight and Wellness in St. Paul. She has a radio show at Hubbard. Her advice has changed our family, and I am sure lengthened our lives. She has a true handle on food/behavior/mood connections, and also brain development. Her information based in microbiology science, could get many kids off of behavior based meds. MN could take the lead in nutrition transformation in the schools.
www.weightandwellness.com has many articles.
Applying her knowledge to MN school lunch programs would transform kids lives at the molecular level, and give them a leg up on their education.
